At Solva Print, we are committed to the optimized end-to-end execution of your order, ensuring your premium print assets reach you safely and efficiently. We utilize accelerated fulfillment protocols across all our substrates (Acrylic, Canvas, Aluminum Dibond).
1. Processing and Production Time
All products are custom-made upon order. Production time is the time required to manufacture your custom item, which varies by product type and current workload.
Estimated Production Time: Typically 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
High-Volume Periods: During peak seasons (e.g., Q4 holidays), production times may be slightly extended. Any significant delays will be communicated promptly.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will be presented with various shipping options (e.g., Standard, Express) and their corresponding estimated transit times.
Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted international carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) to ensure reliable delivery.
Total Delivery Time: Total time equals (Production Time) + (Shipping Transit Time).
3. Shipping Protocols and Tracking
3.1. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email that includes:
Your tracking number.
A link to track your package's status directly via the carrier's website.
3.2. Packaging
All Solva Print products are professionally packaged in materials designed to prevent damage, specifically engineered to protect high-gloss Acrylic, textured Canvas, and rigid Aluminum Dibond during transit.
4. International Shipping (Outside of Germany)
We proudly offer international shipping. Please note the following regarding orders shipped outside of Germany:
Customs and Duties: Solva Print is not responsible for any customs, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be applied to your package upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Compliance: You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
5. Risk of Loss and Damaged Goods
5.1. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon our tender of the items to the shipping carrier.
5.2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your custom-made product arrives damaged or defective due to transit:
Notification Window: You must notify Solva Print within seven (7) calendar days of receipt.
Required Documentation: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to the product AND the shipping packaging to support your claim.
Resolution: Solva Print will, at its discretion, initiate a replacement order or issue a full refund, subject to validation of the claim.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided. If a package is returned to Solva Print due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
