1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you," "User"), and Solva Print ("we," "us," "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Solva Print website, services, and products (collectively, the "Services").
2. Solva Print Services
Solva Print provides premium UV printing services on various substrates, including but not limited to 3mm Acrylic, Aluminum Dibond, and Canvas. We specialize in transforming digital files into durable, high-fidelity physical art.
3. User Content and Intellectual Property
3.1. Ownership of Content
You retain all ownership rights in the digital files and content ("User Content") you submit for printing. By submitting User Content to Solva Print, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the User Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your specific order.
3.2. User Responsibilities (Warranties)
You represent and warrant that:

You are the owner or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all proprietary rights in your User Content.

Your User Content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark, and patent rights).

Your User Content is not unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or obscene, and does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
3.3. Content Refusal
Solva Print reserves the right to refuse to print any User Content that, in our sole judgment, may violate these Terms or applicable laws, or that we deem inappropriate, without providing a refund for files submitted.
4. Ordering, Pricing, and Payment
4.1. Pricing
All prices for products and services are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. The final price includes the cost of the product, manufacturing, and any applicable taxes or fees.
4.2. Order Acceptance
An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase the products. Acceptance of your order is formalized when Solva Print sends you an order confirmation email and payment has been successfully processed. Solva Print reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors or material availability.
4.3. Color and Quality Disclaimer
We employ proprietary UV technology to ensure high color fidelity. However, due to inherent differences between computer monitors, screen calibrations, and the final print substrate (Acrylic, Canvas, Aluminum), Solva Print cannot guarantee that the color of the final printed product will exactly match the color displayed on your monitor.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
5.1. Shipping Protocols
We utilize accelerated fulfillment protocols. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, and shipping times are subject to carrier performance and unforeseen delays.
5.2. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Solva Print pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Order Cancellation
6.1. Custom-Made Products
All products manufactured by Solva Print are custom-made based on your specifications (size, substrate, and User Content). Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged during shipment.
6.2. Claims for Defects or Damage
If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify Solva Print within seven (7) days of receipt, providing photographic evidence of the defect and the shipping packaging. Solva Print will, at its discretion, either replace the product or issue a refund.
6.3. Order Cancellation
Because production often begins immediately after order confirmation, requests for order cancellation must be made within one (1) hour of the confirmation email. Cancellations requested after this period may not be possible and will be subject to a production fee.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services and products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Solva Print hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solva Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the products or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Frankfurt am Main, Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
